For all orders made before 5pm Monday, deliveries will be made the following Thursday of next scheduled delivery cycle unless listed in the ‘DELIVERY AREAS & DAYS‘ regions below and their specific delivery days.
Any orders after 5pm Monday will be delivered in the following cycle.
For example:
Sally makes an order for her PERKii on the Sunday of a week preceding a delivery cycle. Since she made her order before 5pm Monday, she can expect that her delivery will arrive on Thursday of that same week.
Angela makes her order for her PERKii on Wednesday of a delivery week. Since her order was made after Monday, she can expect that her delivery will arrive on Thursday of the next delivery week.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR OUR DELIVERY TEAM
- We want to ensure that you have the best possible customer experience when shopping with us and are proud of Cool Couriers professional, friendly and reliable delivery team.
- To assist Cool Courier’s Delivery Team service when delivering your PERKii Probiotic Water to you, please ensure that you provide as much detail as possible on the “Delivery” screen when making your order.
- If you anticipate that you may not be available to receive your delivery, you must nominate for our Delivery Team to leave your delivery at a nominated location, workplace or with a nominated person.
DELIVERY TEMPERATURE
PERKii is delivered chilled with all products packaged in temperature controlled boxes. While these boxes will provide a controlled temperature during delivery and temporary storage, we encourage you to refrigerate your PERKii products the same day of delivery and avoid leaving (requesting) deliveries to be left outside or in direct sunlight. This will ensure your probiotics are given the best conditions to survive and provide you with their benefits.

Not all suburbs are serviced in some SE Queensland and Northern NSW postcodes – please refer to the restricted postcodes list below.

RESTRICTED DELIVERY TO SOME POSTCODES
Due to our big and beautiful country, not all postcodes are limited to a few miles and suburbs. Some of our regional areas consist of postcodes that stretch across an area as big as a small city!
That is why we have a select group of postcodes across Northern NSW and South-East Queensland that our courier partners only service a limited list of the suburbs. The suburbs that they do deliver too in these postcodes are listed below and are limited to a few postcodes within 24XX, 42XX, 43XX, 45XX ranges.
So if you live in one of the below postcodes, please check if your suburb is on this list. If not, we can still deliver to one of the other suburbs that is – simply at a designated location you outline.
